SMS Terms of Service

Important: By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from Clientflow CRM or businesses using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. SMS Messaging Service

Clientflow CRM provides SMS messaging services to real estate professionals and their clients. When you provide your phone number and consent to receive messages, you may receive:

  • Property alerts and updates
  • Appointment reminders and confirmations
  • Transaction status updates
  • Marketing messages about real estate services
  • Customer service communications
  • Account notifications

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking any opt-in box or responding affirmatively to an opt-in request, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/text messages from Clientflow CRM and businesses using our platform at the phone number provided. You understand that:

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase
  • Message frequency may vary
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • You can opt out at any time

3. Message Frequency

The frequency of messages you receive depends on your interactions and preferences. You may receive multiple messages per day for active transactions, appointments, or marketing campaigns. Typical message frequency is 2-10 messages per month, but may vary based on your engagement and preferences.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply to any messages sent or received. These charges are billed by your mobile carrier and are not charged by Clientflow CRM. Check with your mobile provider for details about your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:

You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

5. Opt-Out Procedures

To stop receiving SMS messages:

  • Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message

After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message. To resume messages, you must re-opt-in by texting START or through your account settings.

6. Supported Carriers

SMS services are supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most other carriers. Carrier support may vary and some carriers may have delivery delays or restrictions.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your phone number and related information are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8. TCPA Compliance

Our SMS messaging practices comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable regulations. We:

  • Only send messages to numbers that have provided proper consent
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Maintain records of consent
  • Include identification and opt-out instructions in messages
  • Do not send messages to numbers on the Do Not Call Registry for marketing purposes without consent

9. Content Standards

Messages sent through our platform adhere to carrier content standards and regulations. We prohibit:

  • SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco)
  • Illegal or fraudulent content
  • Deceptive messaging practices
  • Messages that violate carrier policies

10. Liability

Clientflow CRM is not liable for:

  • Delays or failures in message delivery due to carrier issues
  • Charges from your mobile carrier
  • Any technical issues with your mobile device
  • Messages sent outside of our platform

11. Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
