3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Clientflow CRM offers a 30-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Clientflow CRM to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose

6. SMS and Communication Compliance

When using our SMS and communication features, you agree to:

  • Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
  • Obtain proper consent before sending messages
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Follow our SMS Terms of Service
  • Maintain records of consent as required by law

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Clientflow CRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data through our platform.

Clientflow CRM and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clientflow CRM LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clientflow CRM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clientflow CRM LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination.
