Welcome to Clientflow CRM. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using Clientflow CRM services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
Clientflow CRM offers a 30-day free trial. We ask for a card when you start the trial. Your card is not charged during the trial, though your bank may show a small temporary hold to verify it. When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the plan price shown at checkout and bills monthly, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

We email you a reminder at least 7 days before your first charge after the trial, with a link to cancel.
You can cancel anytime with our online cancel form: https://links.clientflowcrm.com/widget/form/XZLoSGlDbxeCrGO33bW7. Enter your name and the email on your account. No login, phone call or reason needed.
To avoid being charged, submit the form before your 30-day free trial ends.
Your cancellation counts from the moment you submit the form. You'll get an email right away confirming we received it, and another within one business day when the cancellation is complete. If you're charged after you submit, we'll refund that charge.
After you cancel, you won't be billed again. Your account stays open through the end of your trial or the paid month you're in, then closes. You can export your data until then. We keep your data for 60 days after your account closes, then delete it.

Your use of Clientflow CRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any data through our platform. After your account closes, we keep your data for 60 days and then delete it.
Clientflow CRM and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ivy Blessing Realty LLC dba ClientFlow CRM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivy Blessing Realty LLC dba ClientFlow CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivy Blessing Realty LLC dba ClientFlow CRM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.
You may cancel at any time as described in Section 4a. If you cancel, your access continues through the end of your trial or the paid month you're in. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. If we terminate your account, your right to use the services ends immediately. You may export your data before your access ends.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. If we change your price or billing period, we will email you at least 7 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
